Bret Hood – Owner/President

Bret has been in medical sales since 1992. His experience has given him a broad based knowledge in several product categories of medical equipment. He is capable of helping the customer find whatever product or service that may be needed. He actively sells all products as well as directs all sales for Argo Medical.H3 Title

Butch Welch – Service Manager

Butch is a “hands on” Service Manager. He directs all equipment repair and service offered by Argo Medical, but can offer technical support whenever needed. He is an authorized Skytron service technician and has extensive experience on servicing STERIS/Amsco steam sterilizers, instrument washers , System One Processors, Primus steam sterilizers, Scientek instrument washers and Beta Star steam sterilizers. Butch has led and directed small and large installation projects of Skytron surgical lights and booms. He also heads up the Argo Medical equipment refurbishing services.

Tyrone Stuart – Service Technician

Tyrone comes to Argo with 15 years experience in the maintenance and repair of steam autoclaves , instrument washers, surgical tables and surgical lights. He is also a tremendous amount of experience in other medical equipment service and repair. He covers the Northwest Arkansas and Southwest Missouri markets.

Ann Reynolds – Administrative Assistant

Ann handles all important office functions including account receivable and account payable. She can handle any customer call and make sure it is promptly returned by the appropriate person. She helps all internal processed run smoothly and efficiently.
